These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of guided day tours and related experiences (“Tours”) offered by GOAT CE TOURS. By booking a Tour with us — whether directly through goatce.eu, by email or phone, or via an authorised booking partner — you (“you”, “the Customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Who we are

References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “GOAT CE TOURS” mean Pan - transfer s. r. o., the operator identified above.
2. Bookings and confirmation
2.1 A booking is made when you submit a reservation through our website, our booking system, an authorised partner (for example GetYourGuide), or by contacting us directly.
2.2 A contract between you and us is formed only when we (or our booking partner) issue you a written booking confirmation. If we cannot accept your booking, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all details you give us (names, number of participants, contact details, pick-up point, special requirements) are correct. We are not liable for problems arising from incorrect information you have provided.
2.4 When you book for other people, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you are responsible for their payment and conduct.
3. Prices, inclusions and payment
3.1 Tour prices are shown in euros (EUR), include VAT where applicable, and, unless stated otherwise, are per person.
3.2 What is included and excluded is described on each Tour’s page (for example: guide, transport, and any stated entry tickets). Items not listed — such as meals, optional entrance fees, personal expenses and gratuities — are not included unless expressly stated.
3.3 Full payment is normally required at the time of booking to secure your place, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payments made through a booking partner are processed under that partner’s payment terms.
3.4 We make every effort to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before your booking is confirmed and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Cancellation, changes and refunds — by you
4.1 Free cancellation: You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the Tour’s scheduled start time.
4.2 Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and failure to appear at the agreed meeting point and time (“no-show”), are non-refundable.
4.3 How to cancel: Cancel using the link in your booking confirmation, or by emailing goatceofficial@gmail.com. The cancellation takes effect when we receive it.
4.4 Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or the booking partner.
4.5 Changes by you: If you wish to change the date or details of a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate changes subject to availability, but cannot guarantee them; the cancellation rules above apply if a change cannot be made.
5. Changes or cancellation — by us
5.1 Minimum numbers: Some Tours require a minimum number of participants. If this is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule the Tour.
5.2 Our right to cancel or modify: We may cancel, shorten, reschedule or alter a Tour, or its itinerary, route or order of activities, where necessary for reasons including weather, safety, road or border conditions, transport issues, the availability of sites, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see clause 11, Force majeure).
5.3 If we cancel: Where we cancel a Tour (and the cancellation is not caused by you), you may choose between a full refund or, where available, an alternative date or Tour of equivalent value. Minor changes to an itinerary do not entitle you to a refund.
5.4 Except as required by law, our liability where we cancel or materially change a Tour is limited to the refund or alternative described in clause 5.3.
6. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to leisure and tourism services that are provided on a specific date or within a specific period (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Slovak law). Your cancellation rights are therefore those set out in clause 4 above.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1 Punctuality: You must arrive at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time. Tours run to a schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals; late arrival or no-show is treated under clause 4.2.
7.2 Travel documents and borders: Several Tours cross international borders (for example between Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic). You are responsible for carrying a valid identity card or passport and any visa or documents required for your nationality. We are not responsible for refusal of entry or any consequence of missing or invalid travel documents.
7.3 Fitness and health: Tours may involve walking, standing and uneven terrain. You are responsible for assessing whether a Tour is suitable for you and for informing us in advance of any medical condition, disability, allergy or special requirement so we can advise whether we can accommodate it.
7.4 Conduct: You must follow the reasonable instructions of your guide and behave considerately towards the guide, other guests and the public. We may refuse participation to, or remove from a Tour, any person who is intoxicated, behaves dangerously or unlawfully, or puts others at risk, without refund.
7.5 Minors: Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is liable for them throughout the Tour.
8. Health, safety and insurance
8.1 You take part in Tours at your own risk to the extent permitted by law and must act sensibly for your own safety and that of others.
8.2 We strongly recommend that you hold valid travel and personal accident/medical insurance covering the Tour. Insurance is not included in the Tour price.
9. Photography and media
During Tours we may take photographs or video for our records and for marketing. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please tell your guide or email us, and we will not use identifiable images of you.
10. Liability
10.1 We provide our Tours with reasonable care and skill.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings; services provided by independent third parties (such as restaurants, attractions or transport providers we do not operate); or any loss or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.3 Except where caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the price paid for the Tour.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, border closures, government action, or failure of transport or utility services.
12. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any part of a Tour, please raise it with your guide at the time so we have the chance to put it right. If the matter is not resolved, please email goatceofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of the Tour, giving your booking reference and details, and we will respond promptly.
13. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
14.1 These Terms and any booking are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence.
14.2 EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date.
