Who we are
GOAT CE Tours (this website, www.goatce.eu) is a trading name of Pan – transfer s. r. o., registered seat Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava – mestská časť Rača, Slovak Republic, company registration number (IČO) 55 870 775 (the “Operator”, “we”). We operate guided one-day tours in Central Europe. For any privacy matter, contact us at pan.transfer1@gmail.com.
What personal data we collect
- Enquiries and contact forms: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Bookings: bookings are completed through our booking partners (Bokun by TripAdvisor, or GetYourGuide). Those partners collect the data needed to process your booking and payment (name, contact details, payment information) under their own privacy policies. We receive booking details necessary to provide the tour; we never receive or store your full payment card data.
- Analytics and cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Details of the cookies used are described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we process your data (legal bases)
- Performance of a contract – to process and provide the tour you booked and to communicate with you about it.
- Legitimate interest – to answer enquiries, secure the website and measure aggregate site usage.
- Consent – for non-essential cookies and analytics; you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Who we share data with
Your data may be processed by: our booking and payment partners (Bokun / TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide), Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA-type protections), our web hosting provider, and e-mail delivery services. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (for example Google LLC in the USA), the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and up to 2 years afterwards. Booking-related records are kept for the periods required by Slovak tax and accounting law (generally 10 years). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

This website and our marketing are not directed at children under 16. Tour bookings for minors are made by their parent or guardian.
